Your logo is watermarked on the product images, will that be present on the product itself?

Nope! All art is watermarked on my online store to avoid others trying to sell my work without permission. None of the prints, stickers, keychains, etc. actually have this watermark present on them, it's purely for the website itself.

The only partial exception to this is that prints have my logo & named printed on the back side. However, this doesn't effect the art itself.

How big are your stickers and keychains?

All stickers and keychains are in the 2"-3" range.

What kind of paper are your prints printed on?

They're printed on 100lb Silk Cover Paper. It's a slightly dense paper for art prints, but I find it's far more durable and long lasting than the thinner types I initially tried out. It has a very subtle gloss that helps enhance the colours of the pieces!

An item is out of stock that I want. How long will it take to restock?

Stock for prints can be replenished at least once a month/as needed. However, for items like stickers and keychains that have a longer production time, I tend to order new stock every 2-3 months as I prefer to purchase in bulk. If I notice certain items selling out much faster than others, I'll likely order more stock next time to avoid being out of stock for extended periods.

You only have a piece available as a print but I want it as a keychain. Is it possible to custom order something like this?

Sometimes, yes! It depends on the nature of the custom order you're interested in. For example, getting a print done in a different size, or a sticker design done as a keychain shouldn't be an issue, but there may be a wait time. Feel free to reach out so we can discuss the details.

How often are orders shipped out?

Standard Shipping orders (Domestic & International) are scheduled for pick up every Monday. Any Express/Priority shipments will be processed and sent out within 1-2 business days unless an expected delay occurs, in which case the customer will be contacted to decide how they'd like to proceed.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Yes, you can! Reach out to me at info@kaijukat.ca to let me know if you'd like to have your order cancelled, or if you'd like any edits made to it. More information can be found here.
