Shipping policy

Order Processing:

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed & a shipping label to be created. A confirmation email will be sent to let you know when your order is on the way!
  • All standard shipping orders (All Standard & Free Shipping orders) are picked up in batches every Monday, unless Express Shipping (Orders within Canada) or International Priority Mail (Orders within the USA) are selected at check out. Please keep this in mind when choosing your shipping option.
  • An email will be sent to inform you of any unexpected delays that may occur during the processing time. 

Shipping Information & Rates:

  • We're based in Canada, so all orders outside of Canada are considered International and may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are incurred once your shipment reaches your destination country. KAIJUKAT is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.
  • All shipping options include tracking, for both domestic and international orders. A tracking number will be sent along with the confirmation email for when your shipment is on the way.
  • Orders with a total of $100CAD or higher will automatically be offered Free Standard Shipping!
  • If your country/address seems to be unavailable to ship to at checkout, please don't hesitate to email us at info@kaijukat.ca, as we may be able to find a different shipping service that can ship to your area and book it that way instead. However, these other options may cost more than the Standard Shipping rates.

Other Shipping Options:

  • No Express/Rush Shipping option is offered at checkout for orders outside of Canada & the USA due to how unpredictable the pricing can be on them. If you're outside Canada & the USA and would like to have your order booked with rush shipping, email us at info@kaijukat.ca with your order details & shipping address and we'll respond with the available options and pricing on them.
  • We can also book rush shipments via Fedex for orders within Canada & the USA, which can typically arrive within 2 business days. This option tends to be $60CAD minimum, but a proper rate can be calculated for you if you reach out via email to info@kaijukat.ca with your order details & shipping address.
